Graduated from the School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo. At the university, he studied mechanical engineering and artificial intelligence, and at the graduate school, majored in nuclear engineering and computational hydrodynamics. While in graduate school, he established Astamuse and took office as the president.

Graduated from the Graduate School of Natural Science Research Department, Design Major, Chiba University. Master of Engineering. He majored in Design Management and Design Decision-making Theory. During his university days, along with President Nagai, he took part in the establishment of astamuse. Mainly taking charge of design and UI/UX, all aspects of development, and product management, he also supports a broad range of operations, including the back office.

Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law. He joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) (current Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry). After working at the MITI and the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, and serving as the Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Embassy of Japan in France, he successively held a number of posts, including Special Assistant to Director-General of the MITI Economic and Industrial Policy Bureau, Executive Assistant to the Minister, Head of Press Office of the Minister’s Secretariat, Director of the Economic and Industrial Policy Bureau, Deputy Director-General for Corporate Accounting and Disclosure of the Financial Services Agency, and the First Director General of the Consumer Affairs Agency. In 2013, he assumed office as the Commissioner of the Patent Office. After retirement from office, he joined Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., in 2016 and served as Managing Executive Officer and Managing Director. In 2020, he took up the post of Senior Managing Director of the company (current position).

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Keio University. Certified public accountant and licensed tax accountant. At leading audit corporations, he engaged in statutory auditing and financial due diligence of listed companies. Afterward, at a major fund company, he was in charge of business revitalization projects for a number of industries and worked on profit improvements. Currently, he is the representative of Miyazono Accounting Office, and mainly from the viewpoint of accounting and taxation, conducts appropriate audits and gives advice on management of astamuse.
