Our company commits to protect all information assets in our possession as subject to information risk management and to comply with all related laws and regulations regarding information security.

Establishment of Information Security System

Our company protects information from natural disasters by installing our database and servers in a safe location within earthquake and fire resistant structures. We protect against unauthorized accesses and virus with the use of firewalls, anti-virus software and a 24 hour management system.

Our company thoroughly educates every single employee on the handling of Personal Information. Our company will take necessary and appropriate security control measures to protect entrusted Personal Information from unauthorized leakage, tampering, loss, destruction, etc.

Information Security Education

Our company establishes internal rules on handling information assets and trains employees who are involved in information security.

Revision and Change

Our company shall have the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to meet changing requirements such as changes in any relevant laws and regulations or social conditions. We will post any Privacy Policy changes at the page linked to our top page and new policy will enter into effect one month after the posting of such changes to our Privacy Policy.
